Reporting a lost or damaged ipad
Please report a lost or stolen iPad immediately. If your iPad has been stolen, a police report must be filed within 48 hours to use your insurance fee. The cost of a replacement iPad with a police report is $150. Without a police report the cost is $438. If the iPad was stolen off campus, the police report must be made at the local precinct in the city the iPad was stolen. If the iPad was stolen on campus, a report may be made to the school resource officer.

Junior High: Give a report to Mrs. Aguilar in the front office or Mrs. Giles in the library.
Story Elementary: Give a report to Mr. Jenkins in the library.
